We have just received in stock what is possibly our last lot of the Original Seiko Orange Monster watches – the metal strap SKX781K and the rubber strap SKX781K3. If you have not heard of the Seiko Orange Monster then you might as well have no idea what watches are. It is perhaps the most iconic Seiko watch – substantial, hefty, rugged, functional and a true head turner. It’s just a hair below the Swiss wonders, but comes at less than a-tenth of the price. Starting from only US$ 179 with us! That’s an unbelievable value, quality and workmanship in a tight package. Top notch components, including the rotating bezel delivering the precision feel. After breaking it in, you may expect +1 sec accuracy, as much as the precision quartz movements (Seiko rates it as +15 sec but most of our customers say theirs is accurate up to +1 usually!). Orange and chrome and being vibrant just turned easy!

Seiko has discontinued production of these watches (what a shame!). They were replaced by a different model with a different movement – which are great as well but come at a higher price tag. But the original is the original – and if you don’t have one in your collection now is the the time to get it. It might (actually most likely will) go up in value a few years down the line given how popular this watch has been.
