The large silver stainless steel watch case measures 47mm in diameter and is highlighted by a bold, silver unidirectional bezel with screened markings. It also has an orange dial background with large round luminous dial hour markers and luminous hands and a day and date function at 3 o’clock. Original Seiko solid link stainless steel bracelet, safety flip-lock signed clasp with additional safety push-in buttons & Diver’s extension. At night, the luminous material lights up the watch hands, hour markers as well as bezel to allow for easy reading. The rotating bezel can be rotated counterclockwise. Each click rotates one half minute or one minute depending on the model. To prevent accidental rotation, the rotating bezel is so designed that the rotation becomes harder in water. Also for safety’s sake, the rotating bezel rotates only counterclockwise, and thus the time measured is never shorter than the actual elapsed time. With marine blue sunburst dial, affectionately known to watch enthusiasts as the Sawtooth – a reference to its boldly serrated bezel. Gear style bezel is black coated with white numerals engraved. Bezel is used for measuring the elapsed time up to 60 minutes. Hardlex crystal is domed shape that enables scratch resistant property and gives crystal clear view of dial. Capable of resisting water pressure to 200 meters in depth suitable for snorkeling, swimming and scuba diving purposes. When the battery life nears its end, the second hand starts moving at two-second intervals instead of the normal one-second intervals. This is a very comfortable watch-not too big-not too heavy. This watch looks and feels like it should cost much more than it does. The quality of the finish and the detailing of the dial, hands, markings, lume, and of the case & rotating bezel is flawless.
