Citizen Promaster AutoZilla Professional Diver’s 1000m NH6930

If I was ever asked to choose one Citizen Diver’s watch as my favorite – from all the Citizen Aqualand series and the Citizen Automatic diver watches – I would have to say the AutoZilla 1000m NH6930 would be amongst the top 3 (I still can’t decide the order of the top 3). It is just such a beauty.

The AutoZilla, as it is known in the watch community, is a proferssional diver’s watch that can be used for saturation diving. The body is duratect Titanium which means it is strong as hell and at the same time light and comfortable on the wrist. The crystal is thick (about 6mm) anti-reflective sapphire. A great feature of this watch is that you can easily remove the bezel for cleaning and put it back on.  The movement is an automatic one, nothing too fancy, but does the job. You don’t have to worry about changing batteries, or charing it in the sun etc. Just put it on and off she goes! It is rated to 1000m, so you can use it on your deepest dives.

The hands and markings are luminous and really bright in the dark. Overall I think this is a really well-made watch. You can wear it for your dives, or if you are not too much into diving but love diver’s watches you can wear it around. It is bound to garner some attention due to its size and looks. It just looks awesome!

The watch comes pacakaged in a nice big box with an extension rubber band and a spare bezel.
