I ordered a Seiko SKX781K "Orange Monster" late Saturday night and it was delivered to VIC AU three working days later (Wednesday). Packing was very secure with the Seiko box placed within a strong thick cardboard box full of foam beads to stop it moving around and getting marked, everything arrived in pristine condition. Emails were answered promptly by Raul and I was able to track the parcel each step of the way. I can thoroughly recommend Creationwatches for their excellent service and would have no hesitation in purchasing again from their extensive range.

Purchased my Seiko Orange Monster for an excellent price. But just as unique: No shipping costs for the international shipping (within a week at my address in Netherlands) The watch was packaged properly and arrived in good working condition. The helpdesk answered my question very fast and proved to be very helpful when I mistakenly entered the wrong address. All in all, superb I hope you people keep this up and keep being an example for all other webshops

Wow, what else can I say? I ordered the watch from creationwatches late on Wednesday night, and I LITERALLY received it in my hands Friday morning that week. Fedex delivery with NO brokerage fees at all. Talk about fast; by far the fastest internet order I've ever made (usually orders from Asia to me in Canada takes at LEAST a week and a half). As for the watch, I was pleasantly surprised. From the pictures I've seen online and the descriptive name, I had somehow expected it to be a huge 46mm-style watch. However, it fits nicely and does not look ridiculously huge on my 7.5inch wrist. Lume is amazing and machining is excellent. My only caveat would be that there was no official Seiko booklet manual; instead you get generic printed paper instructions. I suspect this may be because the box/manuals do not correspond with the specific watch and are generic Seiko boxes. However, for the price and the speed of the shipping I guess this is but a minor complaint. Definitely would consider ordering from creationwatches/Raul again. Thanks

The watch arrived yesterday, a week after the order, which, considering that the States are on the other side of the Atlantic and Sardinia is an island in the middle of the Mediterranian Sea, is not a bad performance at all. I am an ex-military-half-professional swimmer-diver, in the water all the year long and the Orange Monster is exactly what I was looking for and all the operation has been carried on perfectly. With free shipping, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to receive my Seiko "Orange Monster" on a SS Bracelet in less that 3 days. Let me say that again... in less that 3 days with free shipping! And even more noteworthy is the price on this watch. It was the best I could find anywhere on the Internet. I placed my order saturday night 11/05/2011. Watch was shipped 11/08/2011 and arrived 11/14/2011. Watch came with manual and warranty (wich I don't expect to need, due to the quality of the watch)an was well packaged.Delivery might have been a bit long but was free and I didn't have to pay extra taxes or custom duty. Since the watch comes from Singapore I don't have any reason for complaints. The watch is everything I expected and more. Excellent quality and keeps good time. It exceeds my expectations and I can wholeheartedly agree with the many positive reviews. All in all a very agreeable shopping experience. This was the first time I ordered from Creationwatches but it surely won't be the last. I'll be sure to recommend Creationwatches to eveyone who looks for quality watches at affordable prices.
