Our Warranty: For watches covered by our own warranty, we provide either a two-year extended worldwide warranty or a one or two-year international manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers the internal mechanism of the watch. In the unlikely event that your watch requires repair or servicing due to manufacturing defects, you can simply send it back to us, and we will take care of the repairs. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Watches Shipped with Manufacturer Warranty: For watches shipped with manufacturer warranty cards, we will assist you in case your local service center is unable to repair the watch. You can send the watch to us for servicing, and we will take care of the necessary repairs.
Warranty Process: If you encounter any issues with your watch covered by our warranty, please contact us via email, providing details of the problem. Our team will analyze the issue and guide you through the necessary steps. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to take the watch to an authorized service center or send it back to us for repairs. We will handle the servicing and ensure that your watch is returned to you in optimal condition.
Specific Brands: For a few specific brands such as Sevenfriday, Oris, Tag Heuer, and Longines, we cover all these watches with our own warranty. Please note that these watches are pre-registered with the brand.
