I was a bit confused when it arrived displaying Malay(?) language days but the manual quickly explained how to fix that. Cool watch. Delivery to the UK was fine, no added customs chargesthe free delivery took 5 days which was impressive.

A classic Seiko watch with a bit of a cult following, sadly to disappear as stocks dwindle. Took the opportunity to tuck one away as a great watch for the cost, a perfect entry in to automatic watches although small by modern standards

Received my watch within 7 days placing order. I am absolutely delighted with this watch; it looksfeels superb. Replaced the strap with a light brown leather one with white contrast stitching which, to my eyes at least, makes it look so much better.

Got my watch delivered on 22.01.2020 against order of 06.01.2020. The watch looks fantastic on my small wrist. Very happy with the purchase. Got only the guarantee card cum instructions booklet. The thicker multi language manual was missing. Not a big issue though.

I am very happy with the purchase of my Seiko SNK809, I have been using it for a month know and i really like it, It fits really nice on my small wrist and the dial is really nice to look at, also the delivery was fast i purchased it on 15-Oct and it was delivered on 22-Oct.

Speedy delivery, all well with the watch.
Only criticism would be that even if creation watches has an entity in Europe as a Irish service phone number suggests, shipping is handled from Singapore wich adds import duty on top of the purchasing price as well as handling fee from DHL. While with the import duty I can live, DHL handling fee I only can barely accept, as this is not free worldwide shipping anymore. Also if shipment was processed through the EU entity, duty would not be subject for the client, but for the seller - who likely would add that to the offer price, which in turn would make other offers from local outlets cheaper...

I have bought Seiko SNK809K2.The service is exactly as advertised.The shipping was very fast,purchased on friday 22:00 and arrived in Bulgaria on wednesday morning(DHL option).The watch is in perfect condition,it is manufactured in 2019 according the serial number,it arrived in Seiko box within sturdy DHL box filled with foam particulates,with Seiko manual and guarantee card.I am very pleased with the service that Creation Watches provided,and DHL team was very helpful on every step of the shipping.I can not recommend this combination enough.I will definitely buy from Creation Watches again.

A great value automatic watch a t a fantastic price! The Seiko 5 is a must-have for anyone starting a collection or even someone getting into horology. Having a display back is a bonus as you can see the movement working. I love the traditional field watch look, although the strap is a little rough and cheap looking, but putting a good quality brown leather strap or a Nato strap of your choice really makes the difference. All-in-all a great looking everyday watch. Also from the point of view of the sale, communication from Creation Watches was consistent and excellent throughout. Would definitely buy form them again. Just be aware of the import duty when buying from within the EU, as I forgot about this which added half the value onto the price of the watch, although is was still a fairly good price. More worth while on a luxury brand watch.
