The ordering process went fairly smoothly, apart from my choice of delivery getting forgotten. I had to confirm my delivery option again via email. The watch itself looks and works fine, although somebody had previously peeled off and re-applied the blue sticker on the caseback of my SKX013. All in all, I am happy with my experience with Creation Watches, and if this is the extent of the problems, I would be happy to use them again. Many thanks for the service.

Maybe, it looks little bit more time for delivery, but all the rest is fantastic. The watch is exactly as prescribed. 7 days passed from moment of entering Serbia to delivery to Subotica.

The quality of the watch you buy is excellent. communication is good as well. however, the processing time is way too long (almost 3 weeks in my case) and the shipping can be painful if you do not put a tracking order. however, overall super good quality and service. I will definitely buy more watches from CW.
