Great watch and delivery was as promised. However this is a bilingual watch... the day will be shown in two languages. My watch was sent as English and Arabic. I would have preferred a the choice of the two languages.

Purchased a Seiko diver from Creation Watches. This was my first purchase from Creation Watches. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but also noted many, many positive reviews. So, slightly hesitant, I purchased a Seiko SKX divers watch at a very good price. I ordered the watch on a Sunday night and it arrived by Thursday noon. I was able to track the delivery step-by-step, all the way from Singapore to where I live in the United States. So, I have to give 5 stars on the delivery process. As for the watch, it was packaged so as to prevent any damage during delivery-5 stars there. The watch came in a Seiko branded box, not the official blue box that an SKX might normally be packaged in, but clearly a box branded Seiko. Importantly, included with the watch was the correct users manual, and certified Seiko warranty card. I can live with a non-blue Seiko cardboard box, and was especially pleased to see the manual and warranty card were included. As a result, I have no doubt this is a legitimate Seiko product. The watch appearance is flawless, not a single scratch anywhere on the case or bezel. And the metal jubilee band that came with it was likewise in pristine shape. Additionally, I took the watch in for inspection to my local jeweler, a certified master watch maker, and after putting the watch through a couple tests, he declared it to be in good running order and well regulated. I do not set my watches to the very second, as close enough is good enough for me, but after a week of wearing this watch it clearly does not gain/or lose but a few seconds daily. I have not had to reset it yet as it is still keeping time within 30 seconds of my atomic wall clock, after A WEEK! That is fantastic for an automatic watch of any brand So, clearly I must give the product that arrived from Creation Watches a solid 5.
