Excellent service. The watch was, as expected, new and free of defects. The box was an original seiko one, not that I would have cared mind you. And delivery in Thailand was quick and went as expected. Funny thing, I saw the exact same watch for double the price in a store in Paton the day it was delivered. And yes, there was duty, about 40$ US, but one should expect that for pretty much any overseas delivery, and read my previous comment... Very happy customer here!

Hi Watch is superb and great time delivery. Unfortunately I had to pay for some importation fees. The main issue is with the delivery service used : DHL They charge abusive 15€ linked to the importation fees which they have nothing to deal with. This is a shame and I will recommend using another transporter. Regards.

Happy with watch. However I had to pay £38 of import duty which was not mentioned on your website. I think there should be a warning on this matter so that customers understand the true cost of the watch
