Very happy with my new watch. Looks and feels great. Delivery from Singapore in less than a week with regular delivery information updates. All in all very impressed with both watch and service.

Watch is great! However customer service with Creation Watches is abysmal. They offered a 10% Holiday discount and they did not honor it or try to correct it after the purchase was completed. Their response was due to it being already ship even though the promotion was during my purchase they could not credit my account. I guess I will be a one and done customer and this review will likely be hidden.

I recently ordered the SRP777j Seiko Turtle. The ordering process was easy. My watched arrived much faster than I could believe. The package was perfect and the watch is wonderful. Thanks again for your company and your process. Creation Watches was actually recommended to me by friends on a Seiko Facebook group. I will be ordering again from this company and highly recommend them.

Great watch. Very comfortable fit even although it is quite large. I keep it on while mountain biking and other sports. Mine was gaining almost an hour / day after a couple of months. Maybe something came loose. So it was sent to the local (Swiss) Seiko service center. They replaced the movement and some other parts. Now it is running incredibly precisely for an automatic (around +- 3 seconds / day) with the same sort of usage. Very happy !

Really excellent service but beware of import tax as mine came direct from Japan. Watch is excellent quality and accurate time keeper so far. Highly recommended.

The watch is excellent and as expected. The packaging and delivery was also great and extremely fast considering the distance it had to travel. The only thing to take under consideration is the fact that the watch comes from outside the European Union and therefore the VAT tax is added by Customs to be paid on delivery. In my case this added 19% if its value with some additional costs that brought its price to 300 Euros. Still 100 Euros less than retail but at the same level as buying the watch online from a European web site. So, in terms of cost I did not gain anything but I did get the Japanese version which cannot be found elsewhere. In conclusion, I am very satisfied by the service but I think that for a European it makes sense only for watches that cannot be found in the European market else the cost is basically the same.

Beautiful watch! Without a doubt higher quality than the SKX which I already love. (Although the lume isn’t perfectly aligned but acceptable) Outstanding customer service from Creationwatches. Thanks! Shipping and tracking were outstanding. But I highly recommend CW using a different courier than DHL. Unfortunately I had to pay TAX but that can happen. Only DHL charges €17,55 for this. Making a total of €44,43 which I had to pay. (While shipping cost €9) There is no way preventing this DHL ‘administrative fee’. You can’t do it yourself. Looking back I saved not that much and I’ll think twice buying again. Certainly whit DHL as courier.
