Purchased watch (bought as a present) came in good condition, well packed (but not in the original Seiko box), with international warranty card. Main reason for shopping was very good price for the product. Another story was DHL Express service experience. From Singapore to Czech Republic the package came lightning fat - 4 days. The last 60 km to deliver took DHL another 5 days. Customs taxed the watch for 10$ and DHL added to it another 22$ just as a transaction fee. With such behavior and poor performance of DHL I am not happy. Next time, I will definitely use another shipment method.

Once again the service was 1st class.Delivery is faster than I get from my home country,superb. Regarding the watch, the price was competitive and I love it. Very nice watch for outdoor adventures, I like it because it is self-winding, no need to change the battery, the strap adjust perfectly to the wrist, and i like the finishing of the case (matte color/blasted) I am at the second transaction on creationwatches, It went very well, the watch arrived in Romania in 4-5 day, because of the customs, and I also payed TVA for it, but it went well and cheaper then buying it from a local store. Congrats Creationwatches!!! Thank You!
