Creation watches acted superbly and delivered the watch to Great Britain in under a week. Arrived via DHL so tracking was easy but unfortunately I got stung with import duty of 20% which took the total price to just shy of £200. Watch was well packaged and in original protective plastic with tags and instructions. Why only four stars? Unfortunately my watch has dust under the glass, meaning that the face is obstructed by specs and the shadows they cast. Very disappointed. Returning is no option as this will incure more duty so I will need to take it to a watch shop to be repaired.

El reloj esta impecable y es precioso. El envio, como sabeis, el lento, ha tardado 15 dias justos, pero bueno, se perdona. Lo recomiendo por el hecho de que en España cuesta el doble. The watch is impeccable and it is beautiful. The shipment, as you know, the slow one, has taken just 15 days, but hey, he forgives. I recommend it for the fact that in Spain it costs twice as much.

The watch is perfect and the delivery time was outstandingly fast, three days ahead of the date provided. A word to the wise though. You will pay import duty on your watch which unfortunately will negate any savings you think you have made.

Exceptionally happy with the watches and the entire process. All arrived as described. After reading other reviews I was prepared for the Duty and tax charges.
