Although the product that I bought was extremely good...the customer service was absolutely appalling. First of all, my order was processed wrongly. Although i was eligible for FREE Fed Ex delivery to the UK, I was sent an email (three days after the order was placed) asking me if I wanted to upgrade to the Fed Ex delivery option for an additional fee of GBP 9. Given that the item was meant to be a birthday gift I went ahead and paid this fee. So I ended spending more money than I actually needed too!!! Finally, the order that was placed on 30th August which should have reached me in four day (with FREE fed ex delivery) ended reaching me only on the 8th September (a FULL 10 day wait!! + extra unnecessary expenses for the Fed Ex delivery) Maybe a refund of the GBP 9 that I have paid will ease the 'nightmarish' experience that I have had. However, full marks to the product ..no complaints there.
