just recieved my watch this morning, superfast delivery, great courteous service, this is the fifth watch i have bought from creation, normally a third cheaper than local jewelers, love this company, only thing is i spend too much money, well i have my eye on a seiko sarb movement next, but gonna have to wait to see if creation lowers the low prices even further, well i live in hope? thank you creation!

The watch reached is in excellent condition and within 4 days. My first international online purchase, I was little confused with the import duty and custom duty. But the price online is what I had paid and no extra had been paid by me. The watch seems original but without original watch box which Mr. Raul had confirmed and I am please with my purchase.

The watch was shipped on time, but I was wondering, how come it came in a different watch box? My wife & I have been looking at this model a few weeks back & we asked the Citizen shop here in the Philippines for the watch box, it was really elegant & nice.. I was a bit frustrated when I saw the watch box, it wasn't what I was expecting. The watch box looked exactly like boxes of imitation watches.. On the other hand, the watch itself was nice.. We had a hard time asking for service from Citizen here in the Philippines since they said that our guarantee card wasn't properly filled-up. BTW, the guarantee card I received was blank.. (no serial number of the watch whatsoever) Is there something we can do about that guarantee card? Can you kindly send us the details needed for filling up the guarantee card? Kindly email a response as soon as possible. Thanks!

This watch is one of its kind with moon phase complication. Its design is something unique with month and day of week disks rotation at 9 and 3 O clock positions respectively and day dial at 12 position. This is EcoDrive watch, generates power from all sources of light (form candle to light sunlight). Six minutes of sunlight exposure is enough to run the watch for about a month this shows how energy efficient this technology is. It has signal indication for the low power also. Finally it is worth having this watch in some once collection. Its wonderful experience buying from creation watches, watch was delivered promptly and with in time. I hope to see more brands in creation watches in near future. For horology lovers its fantastic site.
