I bought seven watches at Creation Watches.com, from 2006, and I love your products, but I have had a big problem with the Citizen, and sent you it back twice : when I received it late December 2009, it did not work ; so, I sent it back to Creationwatch, for repair, and they sent it to me in October 2010 ; the watch was ok, but it is now broken again…. It is a great disappointment for me, because this is the only watch I bought at Creation watches that doesn’t work ; however, it is a gift from my wife…. I wanted Creationwatch to replace it, and put the right date of France, because it is very difficult to adjust the date (it is nearly impossible, and even creationwatch failed to do so !) but they did not agree ... TAKE CARE !
