Dear Mr Raúl: I am please to have received the watch I bought from your company WAY before you told me.That has been somethig that I questioned myself :...how come it is possibly that something as simple ,already made and small as a watch, could take up to 3 o 4 weeks to be delivered to Canada;EVEN when it has been payed... just 30 minutes after the order has been placed!!! I have received and...sent back two watches (wrong item!!)before this one... ...I started to shop in october 2018! Finally I got service! Thank you Félix.

Have to say a very big thank you to Creation for my watch. I would admit to being a little skeptical about ordering from them, despite having read lots of positive reviews. I can now confirm that there was no need to worry. The watch is fantastic (arrived in oem box with booklet) and I will have no hesitation using them again. in fact I only hope that they expand their range.... I would advise logging in for the parcel tracker once you have placed the order and received your parcel number. lets you keep track of where it is and reduces the stress of wondering if your watch is going to arrive. Once again thank you Creation, i am sure I will be visiting you again soon......
