The customer service is good, Including the offer to sent with insurance at low cost, etc. The watch is verry nice, altough it does not run as acurate as I expected and I'm having problems with the date settings.. The only thing that realy 'sucks' is that the customs/tax in The Netherlands made me pay VAT (according to the Dutch spokesman of Fedex they are verry suspisous about every shipment comming from Asian Countries and I was asked tot inform them about the nature and value). Via Fedex I reveived the bill: it costed me 38 euro (including their administration fee) to receive the watch. So Dutch buyers, be warned for the 'taxman'! Never the less, the watch was still relatively cheap, compared with other suppliers.

Great Watch. Well made and is of good size for a dive watch. I also own the Orange Monster and I rate this watch in the same catagory. Would reccommend this company to everyone I know! Great price and prompt delivery! Pleasure to do business with this company. Many thanks!!! Jim G.

Bonne transaction, la montre est exactement ce que j'en attendais aux vues du catalogue, le prix est attractif et enfin l'envoi par Fedex est tr?s rapide. Tr?s belle et bonne montre automatique 23 rubis de plong?e qui je pense ne pourrait pas convenir ? de petits poignets (dia 55 mm). C'est une vrai lampe de poche dans le noir!. En r?sum? tr?s heureux de cet achat avec cr?ationwatches.com que je recommande et chez qui je pense refaire des achats. Cordialement HJ
