The service provided by Creation Watches was very efficient and polite. Customer Service kept me updated on my order and were excellent in dealing with my request for cancellation on previous order which was ordered in error. However the mark of 4 instead of 5 was because I had to pay an extra £23 customs charge to DHL which was a bit of a shock. Because the shipper was based in Singapore I knew I had to pay a customs charge but £23 was to me a bit excessive. This put the total price of the watch £87. Shopping around for this watch prior to ordering I found one dealer offered the same watch with free despatch from UK for £72. A saving of £15. This watch was advertised by Creation for £64. Plus a customs charge if appropriate from DHL. So disappointed on the overall cost but I like the appearance of the watch, and DHL were excellent in updates on order despatch and delivery. The warning is to anybody ordering from Creation who are blameless in the customs charge if added by DHL, you might have to consider paying more than the advertised price for some watches you are interested in.

The watch purchased was a great price even after paying tax. The service received including delivery courier was first class. I will be purchasing more watches in the future
