I was very pleased with the speed of delivering my purchase and also being able to track the package. Well done! I was also very excited by my purchase but let down to discover the product is not made in Japan as it is K model not J model, which I have now learnt. I will, nevertheless, keep it. I like it that much. Wearing it right now. I will need to educate myself on these products and will probably make enquiries about purchasing the J model. Thank you.

Very pleased with the watch. Postage to England about 1 1/2 week from order via the Royal mail option (did not incur taxes). Was aware this option meant no box but it did come with booklet, warranty etc. Thanks, would use again.

Hands down, impressed. I was hesitant on buying from online shops and decided to go with this site. No regrets. First up the watch. Arrived carefully packaged in great condition. Its the real deal, looks great and even the rubber strap is more comfortable than I expected. Service was also good. Ordered Friday, arrived following Thursday to Australia. Only one downside is with warranty. Watch arrived with official Seiko box, manual and warranty book as described but the actual warranty certificate had been removed form the back of the book, so no warranty.
