The customer service at Creation Watches amazed me. My Seiko Monster was shipped to Canada faster than I can post a letter in my own city. Raul followed up with me all the way so I knew when it was arriving. The package arrived in perfect condition, with the factory manual and a nicely finished display box. The classic orange Monster is a gorgeous instrument and works flawlessly. I've already posted how happy I am with this great timepiece and creationwatches.com on my favorite watch forum. My Seiko SKX781K (Orange Monster) was purchased a thursday evening, and it was received the next Tuesday mid-morning ( a fast delivery, congrats CreationWatches!!!). Everything was OK with the watch, no problem at all. This watch is a "must have"... efficient movement, sporty looks, comfortable wearing, awesome bracelet, and its lume is like a torch. mi opinion sobre la compra en creation watchets es positiva totalmente,hize un pedido de un seiko monster orange y todo ok, tanto el seguimiento de correos como el envio fue todo perfecto ,llego el paquete en el tiempo estipulado,el reloj en perfecto estado,aparte que es un reloj precioso y preciso,mi opinion es totalmente recomendable. Dear Raul, I have always dreamed of obtaining a Seiko Orange Monster sadly they are not available anywhere in overpriced commerce restricted Australia. I was left admiring this watch from afar online. When I saw this watch at the most affordable price I have ever seen anywhere in the world (I do troll a vast majority of the online worlds watch store) I took the plunge & ordered. I was reticent to procure anything online due to 2 bad experiences, having asked in watch forums about Creation watches there is the usual 50/50 opinions. I ordered the watch & received it in 4 days, I was amazed as it takes 7 - 10 days to get item from within my own state of Victoria. The watch came well packaged with all the appropriate paperwork, When I opened the package I just stared as pictures do not do this watch justice ... I can see why its it such a iconic watch as it truly is a work of art & deserving of all the accolades. I will advising all my friends & work colleague if they are thinking of a watch for themselves or as gifts to go to Creation Watches & not bother with anyone else as you have the best & largest range with prices the ordinary person can afford not to mention the exceptional customer service.
