Very fast delivery (3 days from Singapure to Germany)and absolutely fair price for a genuine Seiko watch (originality already checked!). During the odering process the potential payment of taxes is highlighted multiple times. This should be taken into account regarding the final price of your watch! Only disadvantage: You get no invoice from this company, neither an electronical PDF nor a paper document.

Watch exectly as described and boxed with instructions. Very prompt international delivery via trackable courrier. However, I have to express my very disappointment about the missing or insufficient information about the additional costs for customs clearance and administrative burdens that caused the final cost of 35% to rise, making my purchase much less interesting than expected.

Like some others previously, I was a little bit wary about buying from abroad (far east) as sometimes you possibly could end up with fakes or substandard products. I am glad to say that the company did not let me down and the product is top notch and genuine. Not only that but the service was second to none, the product was dispatched really quickly and I was kept informed all the time about the process, plus it came with a reputable courier who must have sent me five emails and several texts regarding the delivery. Love the watch, its a replacement for another Seiko titanium chronograph I bought 20+ years ago. The only downside to the whole experience was that I had to pay duty of £34 on it which actually made it a bit more expensive than if I had bought it with some other sellers advertising within the EU, something people should be aware of.
