Received watch in a pouch, manual and a DIY box. Watch is in perfect condition. The shipping was fast (4 days) but the customs in Romania is awful and I ended up waiting for about a month. I would advice on getting watches only shipped through private couriers.

Ordered on 30 Nov, received from post office on 4 Jan- not too bad for registered airmail shipping during peak holiday season. Happy with how watch was packaged, will shop again in the future!

Superb Watch Great Speedy Delivery company cannot Fault. However DHL im Not Happy about. Im in the Uk and despite the VAT charge as expected im apauled at the fact DHL Charged £10.20 for paying the VAT Charge of £9.80 so a Bill Total of £20. I could have purchased the watch slightly cheaper in the UK. I wish you were able to pay the vat charge yourself as you would if the Royal Snail had taken delivery and just had there £1 charge i think it is with them. So if in uk calculate your charges well. VAT will be 20% and if Purchase is under £135 there is no import Duty. However if Your purchase is £135 to £650 then you have about another 2.5% import Duty. Although postage is free from creation Watches the customs can charge you VAT on the packaging costs and what they think it would have cost to post if they so wish. Creation Watches gave the true cost of the watch on the invoice as £49 after a small discount code and VAT charged accordingly, However if a watch was opened and it had a full retail price on the ticket customs would most likely charge you the VAT on that amount, my watch came with no pricing on it other than there shipping invoice of the exact amount i paid. Once again great company great coms telling me it was posted with tracking and the DHL system will tell you every step of its journey if you input your phone and or e-mail details on there site. Even when they have it however, they say they pay VAT to keep parcel moving but they dont tell you there is a charge unless you check there site otherwise all you know is the courier asking you at the door to pay up. Even on the DHL site its not clear how to pay i had to contact them and told on screen is a small line that says WAYBILL you have to click on this to go through the payment options. As My purchase was small the charge seams massive however if your watch is more expensive you can work out the vat and possible import duty and i would hope there so called advance payment charge would still be the £10 mark... Just bear this all in mind. Im sure i will be back again to purchase from Creation Watches as i now know great service from them but need to be aware of DHL Charge for paying your tax bill that you then have to pay them for anyway and in my case pay even more again for the privilege.

Really great watch! Slightly smaller face than I expected but it looks good on my wrist. The recessed crown is a nice touch, and the watch is very easy to set. A quick google led me to a video that explained how to adjust the bracelet, you only needs a small screwdriver and some pliers. V impressed with the service too, it arrived in less than a week!

This is the second time I purchase watches from creationwatches. For sure, the quality of the watch is perfect as what I expected, with an original seiko watch, stainless steel strap from Seiko (worth around £16 on ebay). And your service is great too, which I personally recommend new buyers to take this advantage. I myself will buy some more watches when I have enough money :))
