Every once in a while Seiko comes up with a great new watch that just hits the right spots on all aspects. And Seiko has just done that again, this time in limited editions, with the SRP233K1, SRP234K1 and SRP236K1. We have just received new stock for these beautiful watches and given that they are all Limited Edition watches – we will probably not get any more in stock after this.
These watches all feature the new 4R36 movement from Seiko which has hand-winding/hacking capability. The response to this new movement has been great so far with respect to accuracy and reliability.
The most unique aspect of these watches is the case shroud which looks like plastic but actually its made of a material similar to the rubber strap (which is flexible and strong). The watch community has already christened these as “Baby-Tuna” watches!
