There is a local time sub-dial at the 12 O’clock position which shows the local time. If you wish to check the time in any city, just press the button and select the city with the second hand. The hands will move automatically and adjust themselves to show the time in that city.
To top that up, there is an alarm sub-dial at 3 O’clock which can be used to set the alarm. Also, it could potentially be used as a third time-zone dial. So in effect you could tell the time in 3 different time-zones at once!
