1st time using Creation so a little apprehensive but no need to worry at all. Watch arrived well packaged and 5 days from day of order with great information and tracking throughout. Watch is perfect and was ticking away when I opened the box. Delighted beyond belief with the service and will be buying again soon no doubt.
