Hi Raul. I thought I would contact you to thank you for the Orient Mako, ordered last week. I was away for the weekend so asked for the watch to be delivered to my Mum and Dad's house. Upon opening the package, my Dad was so impressed that he immediately ordered one for himself. The watch is fantastic. I am very pleased. I have always liked Seiko watches, but the quality and feel, not to mention the superior accuracy means that I will definitely purchase another Orient watch without hesitation. Once I had three links taken out of the bracelet, it fits perfectly. Your service is also fantastic. Very impressive. The up to date tracking system is brilliant and it is nice to be able to follow the watch on its journey. Fed Ex must also receive praise for their excellent service. Once again, thank you very much. Because my son was away he gave my address for delivery together with the tracking details. It was delivered within 3 days and was interesting keeping track on where the parcel was (FedEx). My son told me to check it and use it etc. and I was very impressed indeed with the packaging, the presentation box and above all, the watch itself. I was that impressed that I immediately ordered the same one myself. It came within the time scale declared but the odd thing was I got an e-mail from FedEx wrongly informing me that my watch had been delivered and signed for- but not to my house or by me!! Contacted FedEx who eventually tracked it down and delivered it shortly afterwards. Only a slight hiccup but the quality of the watch was worth it. A beautiful watch which looks very expensive with a clear bluish face and a sweep seconds hand. Worth every penny ( Thanks son!!)

Watch arrived in 36 hours which must be some kind of record for an international purchase. Unlike some internet vendors, this came complete with the correct Orient box, international guarantee, and bracelet covered in factory protective plastic. I did have a problem with the watch. My email was responded to the same day, and the issue resolved. Outstanding service and price.
