First time using creation watcheshappy I did.My watch was delivered by Air mail to the UK in just 7 days,free post,Great service.As for the watch its lovely better than the pic, the lume is fantastic3 month on the watch is keeping great time 15+ sec a day most.Great buywill definitely use creation watches again.. A very nice watch for a great price,a most impressivespeedy delivery by DHL. The service offered by CreationWatches is generally quite good, but perhaps somewhat spoiled on this occasion in that an initial query through their website as to the advertised color of the watch dial, brought no responseremains unanswered. Happy with the watch but a little disappointed with the lack of follow-up on the query.

Speedy delivery. Watch is as per expected. Great green colour, not as bright as in site pictures. Exactly as I wanted.Very satisfied with the purchase experience and product. Only issue was that the courier added an extra fee related to VAT payment. Although I was aware of risk of VAT payment and already factored that in my purchase decision. I was not expecting the extra fee. This should have been stated in the delivery terms or in case it is mentioned it is not explicit enough and therefore it was a unexpected annoying small issue
