I ordered the watch due to the presentation and the name Seiko. I was disappointed and unaware of the duty tax of £27. This equates to 33% I have had the watch a few days and was pleased with the all round presentation until the chronograph ceased to function. I am disappointed and would like feedback on how to get a replacement. I do not intend to pay further import tax. Up until this point the customer service was very good.

Second order I place on Creationwatches, and again a perfect transaction. Watch arrived in its box, three days later, from Singapor to France (with DHL - I had to pay toll taxes though). That is very impressive. Unbeatable!

Delivery was very quick (4 days; shipped internationaly). Packing was also good. I recieved my watch in original box with warranty, everything OK.
