The watch was delivered very quickly, within 4 days via DHL Express. Customer service was responsive and helpful. Be sure to read the FAQ regarding potential import tariffs and VAT, though. The vendor does not charge any export taxes, but your government may still stick out their hand. In my country the state charges full VAT (20%) when the purchase value exceeds 22€ and also applies import tariffs (marginal) when the value exceeds 150€. But as the customer service correctly pointed out - you still save money due to the huge discount when compared to a conventional brick-and-mortar shop.

I ordered my watch thursday at 1 am and received it the next monday before 12 am (french time). What I consider very fast for a delivery from Singapore. The watch is fine and the price is the very best I could found. I am very satisfied.

Mijn eerste automatische horloge die ik als cadeau kreeg van mijn ouders. Ik heb naar meerdere modellen gekeken, en deze is dan toch de mooiste van allemaal (relatief gesproken). Ik wou voor de zwarte gaan (SNZG15K1), maar toen ik de blauwe zag (donker blauw om precies te zijn) wist ik het meteen. Deze wilde ik hebben! Ik heb dit horloge op een zondag besteld (1e Pinksterdag), en kreeg het donderdag in mijn bezit (let wel, maandag was 2e Pinksterdag en op alle andere zondagen zal je pakket wellicht sneller arriveren). Ik was er verbaasd van hoe snel het allemaal gegaan is. Zeker het feit dat het product helemaal uit Singapore wordt verstuurd. Een klein bijkomstigheid is dat wanneer je een bestelling pleegt van onder €150 je 21% BTW moet gaan betalen over je aanschafbedrag (voor mij was het €25,12). Daarboven betaal je niet alleen BTW maar ook invoerrechten (hou dus altijd extra geld bij de hand, het kost wel beduidend minder dan als je een soortgelijke horloge koopt in Nederland). Al met al ben ik erg tevreden met mijn aankoop. Ook de service is goed. Ze gaven me een berichtje toen ik contact moest opnemen met DHL. Ik zal zeker mijn volgende automatische horloge hier kopen.
