1st time using creation. Ordering process quite straightforward - used the royal mail option without box. Watch received in perfect condition, well packaged, spare genetic box and a useful watch pouch! Will definitely be using creation again.

I am very satisfied with product, it came within few days in original box and with SEIKO brochure and papers. However, I was quite surprise when I was charged with duty and VAT in amount of 32 EUR. There are no warrning or some kind of note that you are buying product form third country - so, if you are from EU and your purchase exceeds 150 EUR, you will be charged with duty and VAT + fee from DHL if you want them to take care of customs procedure - therefore consider if it still worth.
