Creation came recommended on a forum I use so having perused the many Seikos on offer I plumped for the mini monster with orange dial, at a bargain price. The watch arrived in the UK on Monday after I ordered it on Thursday evening, excellent service. And the verdict is... I love it! Has good weight, excellent feel to the bezel movement and the lume is awesome. Cannot fault either the watch or service, 100% recommended.

Item arrived no problem - with a slight delay due to postal timings. However - this is the second watch I have bought from CreationWatches, and both times, despite me marking 'normal postal shipping' on the order, the company have tried to get me to use FedEx, and don't agree to post until I have reconfirmed the shipping via email. I want to use the normal postal service, as it is far easier for me to collect my watch from the local post office, than some courier depot miles away. if I mark 'Normal postal delivery' on the order, then i shouldn't have to respond to another email reconfirming this. It has happened both times I have shopped, causing an unnecessary delay. Additionally, both watches came with an instruction manual... however both manuals were for the wrong watch! Not very impressive. I know that your prices are very good, but the correct box/instruction papers would be a nice addition if at all possible. I am otherwise really happy with the products, and would use your site again if I didn't have these problems.

I received watch 4 weeks after order due to German customs - is good product, unfortunately no screw down crown. Good customer service, would definitely recommend and come back myself. Thank you, Tobias
