I bought the watch Sunday evening, less the a week ago. The response in form of a purchase confirmation came prompt, as did the information of dispatchment via DHL the very next day. Only 4 days later I got the mail that it arrived in Germany an need to get in touch with DHL to agree ob delivery, which I did. I decided to pick it up myself at the DHL Express Station, so I did not have to be home half a day to wait for them. When I picked it up at DHL I immediately unboxed it only to find that the watch was running, which I expected it to be, unfortunately though I also noticed right away that the second hand, the little one on the left, is jumping. Instead of ticking forward every one second it stands for a very short time before jumping 2 seconds. Clearly the clockwork has gotten a knock. To be clear, the package when I got it was unharmed, as was the box the watch was in, so it was like this when it was sent. Since the watch was soled as totally refurbished, this is an absolute no-go! This is an wilful deception of the buyer if not a fraudulent misrepresentation even, since the seller must have known this. I will be expecting the response of creationwatches and how they want to resolve this, and I will also be posting the final outcome here.
