At Creation Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange your watch, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Please read the guidelines below to ensure that your return is eligible for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your watch must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe: The watch must be returned within 30 days from the date you received it.
Original Condition: The watch should be in its original working condition, with no accidental damage caused by anything.
No Scratches or Damage: There should be no scratches on the watch case, glass, or strap/bracelet due to use or any other kind of tampering.
Unaltered Bracelet: The watch bracelet should not have been resized or altered in any way.

If you receive a watch that is damaged during shipping or doesn’t work when it arrives, it is still eligible for return. Please contact us right away at cs@creationwatches.com to inform us of the issue, and we will assist you with the return process.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned watch, you can choose between two options:

Refund: We will issue a refund for the full purchase price within 24 hours of receiving the returned watch.
Exchange: If you prefer, you can exchange your watch for another model. If there’s a price difference between the two watches, we will either refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Return Shipping and Responsibility

Please note that the return shipping charges are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a reliable shipping service, as we cannot be held accountable for any lost or damaged return packages.

How to Request a Return

If you would like to return or exchange your watch, simply send an email to cs@creationwatches.com with the subject “Return Requested.” Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. We will respond within 12 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning the watch.
