The watch looks very plain but classy. The black face really makes it look “refined”. It’s both a classic and an up-to-date time machine. The watch uses analog-quartz movement. The case is beautifully curved and fits smaller wrists around 6.5 to 7.5 inches perfectly. The hand-polished hands and indices of the Seiko sparkle like diamonds. Seiko #SKP293P1 is an analog watch with only hour and minute hand. Case and bracelet is stainless steel made with polished and brushed. Steel bracelet is clasp with hidden push button deployment. The band is the brushed stainless steel and around the face and sides of the band is shiny. The band is a very unique style. Dial is circular and black in color. One crown for setting of time is at 3 o’clock position. Dial is plain and no hour markers except at 12 and 6 position. Markers are in roman numerals made of steel too. The logo named ‘SEIKO’ just below the 12th marker location. Hands have sharply pointed design in stainless steel with brushed and polished so that anyone can see it in dim light too. This Seiko watch is water resistant to 30 meters (100 feet). Bezel is circular with fixed on dial and polished. Clean looking and extremely accurate like all Seiko watches. It’s a simple yet beautiful watch, goes with all occasions. It has typical Seiko accuracy, long battery life, a solid band, and a relatively large. It’s not a fashion or prestige watch; it’s just functional. Putting a black face on the watch was a good idea by Seiko because the hour makers are cut in a type of facet cut making them shine from different angles. It is not too heavy of a watch.
