Lo mejor, la rapidez. Desde la compra hasta recepción, 5 días. El producto se ciñe escrupulosamente a la web. En mi caso, un reloj precioso para mi y justamente lo que yo quería. Lo peor, y no sé si siempre es así, he tenido que pagar 42 € adicionales de aduana a DHL. Elegí DHL EXPRES. No sé si escogiendo las otras formas de envío, será igual.

El reloj es fenomenal, clásico y muy elegante. Llegó muy rápido por DHL, pero con sorpresa......, 45€ de aduana sobre un valor del reloj de 99€. Otras veces he comprado relojes más caros en esta tienda, el envío lo he solicitado por correo certificado, y nunca he tenido cargo de aduanas. Ya lo sé para próximas ocasiones. De todos modos, muy contento con el reloj y con el vendedor.

The watch itself is easily worth 5 stars however I was extremely unhappy about the delivery. Initially when buying it says all deliveries are free so I chose the one with DHL that came with free insurance. Much to my surprise DHL had charged me an extra £20 for duty or VAT on top of the watch that was already costing me £101. This should really explained/informed when buying watches as this really annoyed me. "The watch is being held until receipt of payment has been received". Really annoying as all the cost are not upfront. However not taking anything away from the watch or yourselves. Just not a fan of DHL at the moment. Hoping the other delivery companies are not the same.
