This one is one among Seiko’s first Velatura-s housing the Kinetic Direct-drive movement. It is lot more upscale than typical Seiko-s, including design. Its influences come from nautical watches; even if you are just this much into boating, you’re going to like it more. The large hands are shaped like sails and the numeric indicators borrow from the shark tooth designs in diving watches. Velatura is about how you appear. What thrives inside is comparable to the Kinetic Direct-drive.
