Outstanding communication, especially as ordering internationally (from the UK). Quick responses on email from the staff on any questions I had and amazing postage deadline. This product was shipped from Asia and made it to my front door in around 36 hours or less. The watch came in a generic box, from my understanding this helps keep the postage cheap. The watch itself is great; exactly what I was looking for. The strap is pretty rigid, however this should soften up and can be replaced either way. I will definitely use creation watches again. The cheapest watch provider around, genuine watches (many reviews out there to back this up) and have great customer service. It was far easier ordering from this international company than from a certain popular one based in the UK. Great company.
