The quickness of the delivery is amazing. I was a bit hesitant because of the fact that the watch is shipped from Singapore. DHL has a superb tracking system. I had to pay Some customs tax, but despite this fee this watch is still cheaper than the retail price in my country. The watch came in mint condition. Brand new, untouched,with all manual and warranty. Creation Watch you delivered top service. Thank you!

the delivery was good and fast and safe. I like the watch very much. however, the insurance document was not added, and, more important, the minute hand is not illuminating in dark, and the hour hand is weak. how can you fix this?
