Creation watch sale software is clear and easy to use. Email sale confirmation came on time. The watch was delivered on time in 3 days as advertised. My only slightly downside comment is the shipping wrapper used and has a sign of inspection hole. I would like to see a box instead of plastic wrapper. I would also recommend including a copy of sales in the box. The watch is perfect, with protection plastics, tag, and instruction manual. I reset the watch after few oscillating motions and check the Kinetic botton which works. I set the date using the instruction provided and work just fine. I intend to purchase another watch from Creation in the future...Tnx...Fernando
