I am happy with the watch I received which arrived 4 days after confirmation of order. I am a watch collector and your superfast response and delivery is the best experience compared to 2 other on-line watch company I have been buying watches from. However, I could only give 4 star out of 5 because of the cheap watch box that came with the limited edition watch I ordered. The cheap box made me somewhat suspicious of the watch genuineness. But based on the quality of the watch and being familiar with Seiko watches, I am sure it is a genuine article.
