I have been very pleased in every way. Even though I had to wait a few extra days due to extended holidays, it was very well worth it. The price alone was very much worth the wait. Stores in Denmark don't sell this exact model but models in the same series were priced around 500$, so paying only 199$ including shipment really said it all. Perfect condition, good and fast e-mail service and flexible on-time delivery, (delivery guy called me and agreed to swing by my work address and drop it off). I received my Casio PRG-240 watch last Friday, only five days after ordering. Superb! I took the advantage of using FedEx as delivery-service (only 19 USD extra for a package to Denmark), and even though I was not at home when the FedEx transport tried to deliver my package, I rung FedEx customer support and they made the transport try again an hour later, and everything was perfect! The watch is everything as I expected and have read about on the internet. The manual is in English (among other languages) and the watch itself does not let off in any way, that it is not an European version. Finally I would like to give credit to the customer support from Creation Watches. Before I placed my order, I had questions about the product I was buying, but within only a few hours, I received an e-mail saying, my questions had been forwarded to a person who could answer them. Credits for letting me know that, and not just letting me wait in 12+ hours for the e-mail to firstly be forwarded and secondly being answered. Many customer supports could learn from this! -- J. I got my watch yesterday, so as promised the transit time was only two days AND customs kept their greedy paws off the goods. I'm very happy that you suggested the transport be taken care of by FedEx; money well spent. The watch is very nice indeed - fully as I expected from studying the info and picture on your site.
