Easy ordering good quick delivery service. The watch is an original Citizen supply and what was ordered. The costs associated with VAT and customs tax should be made to be easier to see and this would then be recognized when doing price comparison.

I've been looking at this watch for several weeks as a daily wearer and am very impressed with it so far. Clean, elegant and simple - perfect for casual or dress use, and a sapphire crystal and titanium at this price point is almost unheard of. I ordered this watch and received it in good order in three working days, due to it missing the cutoff at the local Fedex depot. I was able to track my order at every stage until it was delivered into my eager hands. I was very pleasantly surprised to have Creation Watches contact me via email after the delivery to ensure I was happy with the watch and service, the answer to both questions being an emphatic yes! In closing, I am very happy with the service I've received from Creation and will likely order my next watch from them. I have also recommended them to several of my friends and family.
