Very prompt processing and dispatch. Despite a holdup with DHL (very unprofessional shambles of a company) in thier processing at Customs, I am very please with the watch it loooks magnificent and the giftee is very happy with it too. I only realised it was an automatic when i received it, so its a bit bulkier ( 2-3 milimetre) than the usual small ladies watches out there but this also suited the person was buying it for. It could easily be mistaken as a Rolex or a Tag its soo beautifule and as always has the Seiko quality feel about it. Beautiful vibrant gold finish which is in fashion at the moment and no doubt will always be. Great service and great watch. 5 Stars, ill be buying again.
