Very happy with my new watch. Looks and feels great. Delivery from Singapore in less than a week with regular delivery information updates. All in all very impressed with both watch and service.

Watch is great! However customer service with Creation Watches is abysmal. They offered a 10% Holiday discount and they did not honor it or try to correct it after the purchase was completed. Their response was due to it being already ship even though the promotion was during my purchase they could not credit my account. I guess I will be a one and done customer and this review will likely be hidden.

I recently ordered the SRP777j Seiko Turtle. The ordering process was easy. My watched arrived much faster than I could believe. The package was perfect and the watch is wonderful. Thanks again for your company and your process. Creation Watches was actually recommended to me by friends on a Seiko Facebook group. I will be ordering again from this company and highly recommend them.

Excellent watch at very good price and deliver to Spain in 3 working days. Only annoying DHL clearance fees, I will repeat with Creation watches but next time will try with other courier...
