Excellent service! The watch arrived in three days! Amazing. The watch itself is an icon and a bargain at this price for the quality you get. I was a little reticent about the watch band but the rubber band was the only one in stock when I ordered. After a week on my wrist, I must admit I quite like the look and feel, even if I am going to swap it out with a couple of Nato bands and probably a nice Oyster metal band at some point in the future. Excellent site and excellent service at prices that are unbeatable. I'll be back again for more purchases!

I am extremely pleased, and highly recommend Creation Watches for their excellent service, pricing & prompt delivery. I ordered on a Friday afternoon during the height of Christmas shopping and received the watch early on Tuesday morning. I was notified immediately after buying with a confirmation number and a FedEx tracking number. The watch arrived new in perfect condition in a Seiko box with papers & tag, and that box was contained in a sturdy bubble-wrapped box. The watch itself is all I wanted, it keeps accurate time and is comfortable to wear. I surfed and swam with it already!

Greetings from Canada! The watch arrived in 2 days all the way from Singapore to the local shipment centre; however didn't get it until the next week due to New Years holiday.
